¡Me impresiona que un Hotel como Novotel decida simplemente no hacer las habitaciones D. un día para otro y que la respuesta sea que uno lo debe solicitar! El concepto es al revés, lo normal es que las habitaciones se hagan siempre a menos que se acuerde D. forma diferente.

Buena ubicación y muy agradable, pero por motivos de alergia solicité que se limpiara la habitación a la mitad de la estancia de 8 días y no pasaron la aspiradora de la moqueta ningún día. Los últimos días la habitación se notaba con el ambiente cargado. Por otro lado, agradeceros mucho el te y el café que cada día reponían, pero tampoco cambiaron las tazas sucias nunca (las lavaba con jabón de manos y las dejaba en el baño).

However, I would like to sincerely apologize for the shortfalls you experienced with the room cleanliness and housekeeping service during your stay. We understand how important it is—especially when allergies are a concern—that vacuuming and overall room upkeep meet the highest standards. I’m sorry that your request for mid-stay cleaning wasn’t handled as it should have been, and I assure you that we’re reviewing our procedures and communication with the housekeeping team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Your remarks regarding the unchanged coffee cups and the state of the toilet paper are well noted. These are basic details that make a big difference, and we regret that we fell short.
