Todo muy fácil y muy rápido, empezando por la reserva y terminando por el check out. Me tocó la habitación que daba a las vías de tren, había bastante ruido y también la calefacción también es bastante ruidosa, he tenido que usar tapones. En la habitación no había cafetera, solo el hervidor, aunque en la descripción constaba la cafetera. Limpieza bien, sin quejas, buena ubicación, todo muy cómodo en general.

Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación. Hemos pagado 200GBP por noche y deja bastante que desear. Colchones viejos, sábanas viejas y desgastadas, almohadas incómodas, baño incómodo, la moqueta en el suelo llena de manchas. La limpieza tampoco es buena. He estado 4 noches y las camas no las hacen, solo estiran un poco el edredón. El desayuno es bueno y el personal es amable.

Somos una familia de 5 y la hemos pasado fenomenal. No nos ha faltado nada. Greenwich es un excelente lugar, tranquilo, lleno de comercios, bares y restaurantes. Llegar al centro de Londres fue muy sencillo en el bus, muchas líneas pasan cerca y te llevan en poco tiempo. El Hotel es acogedor, cómodo y la atención de su personal te hace sentir en casa.
