A la llegada las habitaciones estaban heladas, la bomba de calor no funcionaba, nos ofrecieron un calefactor, pero no nos pareció un abuena opción, pedimos un cambio de habitación y así fue, en la segunda habitación tampoco funcionaba la bomba de calor y tuvimos que volbver a bajar a recepción para que nos trajeran el calefactor para poder dormir... Muy mala experiencia

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, fácil acceso a las estaciones de transporte y el personal muy amable.

Había una larga cola cuando llegué para poder recoger mi llave a pesar de ya haber hecho el check in. Insólito que no haya cepillo de dientes en las habitaciones para una habitación de casi 400€… mala iluminación.. todo muy pobre…

It however makes us sad that you did not enjoy your stay. ibis is not your traditional hotel and we definitely do things different. However, Accor has many other brands that may suit your needs better.
