Staying always for work. Very good to rest and visit near monuments. Last time I stayed facing the stadium. Amazing sunset in my room. Hope to stay soon facing the “eixo monumental” and parliament. Staff always 5* Keep on with the good work

Maybe time to put 4* would better fit the plastick and canned food. Would say you don't represent what you probably once was. Maybe give a thought to if this is a new image or you think of return to previous status and values? A reputation is like glas at this level and the type of customer mostly represented maybe wouldn't return with a 50% price increase to sort the challenge in finding good 5 star staff again

Honestly I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. Great location, the check-in was quick and easy, the staff was excellent, the room was very comfortable, good Wi-Fi, the breakfast was VERY good, etc etc. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be staying anywhere else when I travel to Brasilia. The staff was even quick to respond and very accommodating about a special circumstance I had due to travel issues. I also want to make special mention as to how much I appreciate the guest-friendly check-in/check-out times. I feel that some hotels take advantage of their guests with late check-in times (4:00 pm) and early check-out times (10:00 am) which can cause a big inconvenience (and generally seems a bit unfair and cheap). In the past I've refused to stay at hotels that try to squeeze you like this, but the Grand Mercure was more than fair on this, which is extremely appreciated. If I could rate this an 11 I would.

We had a great stay. Upon departing my mom noticed she had forgotten a pair of earrings. I wrote the hotel but got no reply for 3 days. Then I called, spoke with someone in housekeeping, she said she would call me back, but hasn’t in two days. Whereas it is obviously our fault for leaving something behind, it would have been nice to get a reply even to say “Sorry, we don’t have it!”

I've stayed in many Accor hotels across the globe in the past 10 years, and I say this was definitely one of the top 3 staffs I've found. There's a certain vibe of making guests feel at home (even ones that make sure NOT to deserve it), and also keeping a high service quality. It's also all in the details. Being really honest, I had sworn not to stay in ANY Accor in Brazil except for emergencies, and I'm almost glad such an emergency actually arose. I had to isolate myself for a full month (luckily NOT due to Covid), and as I had a previous good experience in this hotel in the past it was my first choice. Well, after a full month I can barely think of any real complaints, which is maybe a first in a lifetime. If you're looking to be well served and not worry about issues, this is the place. Congrats to the entire team: security, cleaners, receptionists, restaurant staff, and of course management. You really raise the bar. My only real complaint isn't about the staff, nor inner facilities, but rather the parking lots. The indoors one is too expensive even for the city's standard, and in the outside one, the secured part is too small - and it's actually a public area, not the hotel's. The nearby parking lot is too dark to be safe, so you're short on options.

Easily accessible and good property in Brasilia. I felt comfortable during the trip despite the online pandemic. There are restaurants and shopping mall across the street if you want to get out of the hotel. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for the Uber drivers to find the entry to the hotel, so plan an extra 1-3min for waiting.

Surprisingly Brasilia does not have 5 star hotels, that can live up with the 5 star level as one is used to in the rest of the world. They may comply with the technical requisites, but they do not 'embrace' you equally. But Grand Mercure comes closes. Pleasant service, nice suite, with great views and a superb veranda. The gym is a but simple, but nicely located on the toproof.

Had a couple of days staying and was very impressed with the staff all very helpful . ( a lady at reception was really helpful think her name was Ana ) Facilities were good and had a great swimming pools terrace. Breakfast was also very good. Good location near a shopping Center.

My trip was complete by the attention it was provide by the hotel. Any need was attended by the the hotel employees even when I request to watch NFL game on sunday after my checkout time so they open the bar so I can watch before leave and get to the airport. Very thankfull for that

Grand Mercure is a refurnished hotel, but the structure is old fashion (windows in main restaurant are golden dark given a cloudy sensation of the day), room decoration is OK, view is irrelevant, like Brasilia. Location is good for government business. In short is a good choice for Brasilia.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. It is not super fancy, but it was nice and fairly clean. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. My room was a little warm, but other than that the distance from the airport is only 15 minutes so the location is perfect.

There are many good restaurants near the hotel (walking distance). The hotel staff is very polite. The best part is the breakfast, with lots of local food. The only thing I did not like was the softness of the bed (too soft). The swimming pool is great but the gym are needs some repair (the equipment is old and damaged)
