Need to be prepared to serve breakfast when hotel are full

I know the power suply could be a issue for everyone but on my last stay, on Wednesday night i arrived at hotel without electricity in the room and without ar conditioning considering the temperature ate the room was a challenge to sleep. The major problem was the breakfast on the next morning. I took my coffee around 7:00-7:30 and was cloud of people, products missing (juice, coffee, fruits) and i can see more employees trying to help but a confusion of ownership. Everyone running from one side to other side but without coordination. Was a mess unfortunately. Don't know if this happens just this time because i’m have user this unit in Brasilia. But situations like that make me think to taste another options. Be careful guys.

Across the board, the staff was fantastic / great - professional, friendly, accommodating, and with strong English (my Portuguese is terrible) But there were a lot of little things - and not so little. Power went out (not that the hotel could really control that, but a backup generator for the rooms would be nice if this happens periodically). The rooms are pretty small and need deeper cleaning. Batteries in the safe were out. Basically, the attention to the 1000 small details that make a 3 star into a 5 star property just aren’t there. Would I stay again? Yes. If the facility can catch up to the level of the staff, it’ll be superb.
