Great location and superb helpful staff. We we stayed from the 22nd to the 27th. Paul Chan was on the concierge desk during our stay. Paul Chan was very knowledgeable about anything local and beyond. PAUL was responsive to whatever we requested and acted kindly and swiftly. He took the time to make sure we were alright and made sure to follow up later making sure all was well. My family and I are very grateful for Paul's unwavering kind and thoughtful service.

Excellent hotel and very good service from Paul Chan when my kid gets sick. Good care and recommendation on what to do and which hospital to go. Also the front desk staffs like Jeffrey are all very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience at Novotel Century.

Stayed here for 2 nights in the lead up to Christmas 2025. We had connecting rooms, and access to the executive lounge as well, which is located on the 23rd floor. This is a great hotel that delivers on exactly what it promises. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is located in a handy spot in Wan Chai. There is 24 hour reception and all the staff are very helpful. Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The breakfast buffet is really good, a great selection of western and eastern choices. Looks like it's changed every second day. AK's bar is also not bad for a quick drink. The hotel is not brand new, but it's well kept and well managed. It clearly has a high volume of visitors due to the great value on offer. Happy to stay here again.

We just came from Disney Explorer hotel and didn't think we could get such an excellent service, but Century Novotel hotel in wanchai beat my expectations. From the welcome by Paul Chan with the luggage, to the excellent service from Tiffany in checking in. The whole process was very smooth and helpful. Thank you guys for everything!!! You made my whole stay remarkable with my family.

Loving here since day 1 when we booked thru website. The set dinner was fantastic even though my beef 🥩 was not too hot the flavour still there, 😍 alex here even asked me to change the food or change but it’s fine since i really enjoyed here and coming back from my free time with friends and family. Music during night time was great we can feel the christmas 🎄I can’t wait the Christmas set dinner and lunch woohoo!!🎉 Thank you novotel century for excellent service 🥰
