Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Although our air conditioning system is centralized and adjusted based on external temperatures, we understand that this may not always align with our guests' personal preferences and we sincerely regret any discomfort experienced. Regarding the parking fees, we strive to provide a secure and accessible parking facility, and our charges are set to reflect this. We appreciate your feedback which will be useful as we work to ensure our prices remain competitive.
