Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are thrilled that our shuttle services and the dedicated reception team contributed to a satisfying experience at our hotel. It is also wonderful to hear that you found the comfort and spaciousness of our suite to your liking, along with the quality of your sleep on our comfortable bed. However, we would like to apologize for any confusion regarding the breakfast option for Accor Diamond members. Our policy is to provide a delightful start to the day with our buffet, and it seems there was a miscommunication in this instance. Moreover, we regret to hear about the misunderstanding concerning the private transfer option. Finally, we are disappointed that the chocolates, a sweet touch we love to offer, were not provided. We sincerely apologize for these oversights and the inconvenience they may have caused. Nonetheless, we hope that the overall quality of your stay left a lasting positive impression. We value your loyalty as an Accor Diamond member and appreciate the opportunity to clarify any concerns. We are pleased that you appreciated the polite and pleasant nature of our staff, who strive to offer a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. It is always encouraging to hear when our team’s efforts positively impact our guests' experiences. However, we regret to hear that the temperature in your room was not initially comfortable. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we're glad to know that the situation was resolved with the assistance of our reception team offering an additional fan.
