Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted to know that you found our staff amiable and ready to assist. Providing friendly and helpful service is a cornerstone of our hotel's ethos, and your positive remarks on this aspect are greatly appreciated. However, we were disheartened to hear that your stay did not meet the high standards we strive to uphold. While our rooms are designed with individual air conditioning controls, we regret that the air circulation did not align with your expectations. We aim to offer a tranquil environment for all our guests, and it is with regret that we note your experience with the room conditions. Regarding the shower facilities, we pride ourselves on our maintenance standards, and while the occurrences you've mentioned are not reflective of our norm, we are attentive to every detail shared by our guests. Please rest assured that comfort and satisfaction are our priorities, and we consistently work to maintain and improve upon our amenities. We take great pride in the ambiance of our lobby and are pleased that you enjoyed this aspect of your stay. We are pleased to hear that our complimentary airport shuttle service added convenience to your stay and that the proximity to a grocery via the shuttle was beneficial. It is also delightful to know that our scrambled eggs made a positive impression on your breakfast experience. We regret to hear about the shower drainage issue and the situation with the glasses in your room. Please be assured that we take all guest comments seriously and have forwarded these concerns to our housekeeping team to ensure that our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are upheld.
