Had a problem when checking in. Was told I had no reservations. After showing them confirmation from the hotel they asked me to wait in the bar. Gave voucher for two drinks. Finally after an hour got the room. Room was clean. Air conditioning not great but was comfortable. Shuttle to airport is good. I was charged two times for the room. By the hotel and the booking platform. Finally the bill was corrected with the help from booking.com. Staff is fine, not great as I believe they are overbooked most of the time and doing their job.

We stayed one night at Movenpick Zurich Airport and it was poor. The check in process was awful. We arrived late and they were still not sure if the room was ready. The rooms are dated with a motel like feeling. The location is convenient for the airport and the shuttle service is good.

Worst hotel ever

The A/C is not working, it is too hot in the room and technician said, “it’s normal…” nobody could care, I felt so hot that it’s hard to sleep there… If not company who paid for this hotel I would never choose to stay here. I asked a bucket of ice in the bar, and it looked like it was the last one they had. I need to drink cold drinks at least to cool a bit in this heat; no A/C is working and I literally had to beg for an ice bucket, there’s really something wrong about this hotel… No fan was provided or offered instead of this super hot A/C… I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Yucky mold!

Definitely a budget hotel. The rooms have A/C but not enough to cool off a sweltering room in the summer. Staff couldn't care less about service. Mold in the shower and tub parts broken. They won't check anyone in until after 2pm but they will hold your bags. Shuttle service to the airport only happens in the morning and afternoons with a break midday. You must load your luggage on to the shuttle bus yourself. They drop everyone off at the arrivals area with no instruction on where your checkin area is. Avoid this hotel and get one located inside the airport.

Moreover, the condition of our bathrooms typically receives positive remarks for their elegant Carrara marble decoration, so learning of the presence of mold and broken parts concerns us greatly. We take pride in our hotel's cleanliness and maintenance, and we will ensure a thorough inspection and prompt rectification of these issues. We would like to point out that our guests generally appreciate the quality of the service and we take your comment very seriously as we strive to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. Nonetheless, we are located just five minutes from Zurich Airport, offering a complimentary shuttle service during peak hours and an ideal location for travelers. I found roaches in my room, the shower wall had mold and i found someone else trash in the bathroom..called the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room they claim they were sold out but they were still had availability in their website..worst experience ever.
