Me pareció muy cómodo, tuve que cambiar reservación porque en un principio solo era yo después era mi hermana y la niña así que nos ofrecieron el sofa cama super cómodo para la menor, me gusto la ubicación me quedo cerca el consulado americano

This hotel is very bad. No soap, paper cups in the room, a community iron and ironing board for the whole floor, dirty all over, their customer service is horrible, no air conditioning. I thought it would be a good hotel because of the location but I was wrong. I will never use this terrible hotel ever and definitely will not recommend it.

Terrible hotel, everything is old and dilapidated. Pillows high and hard. One morning I used the iron and it was dirty from some weird marshmallow that stained my shirt, I asked for it to be fixed and they never did (until 3 days later). There was a foul smell in the bathroom. The maid stole 2 cotton swabs and 2 plastic floss sticks. At the reception, pure millenial, probably poorly paid, with no attitude of service. To make matters worse, when I left the hotel they did not want to issue me the invoice, now you have to do it yourself on your site. I will definitely not return to this ordinary hotel. I lead a team of 35 people and will recommend that no one stay with this chain.
