Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel tower and subway and bus stations. The staff is friendly and polite. I was also impressed with the security, there are many security staff, but they are very discreet and keep their distance so as not to disturb guests, but they are also very responsive if their intervention is needed. The breakfast was very tasty and full of choices, of course there was no shortage of delicious French food with omlettes, brioche/croissant and delicious French cheeses. The hotel is modern, very technological and very organized. Although the hotel is a big skyscraper, we never had to wait more than a few seconds for the elevators, thanks to their excellent system. Only the rooms are a bit spartan and need updating to fit in with the rest of the hotel's standart. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel and will gladly return.

Basic Amenities toothbrush, shaving, is Chargeable. Water bottle not provided in rooms . Open water is available in Lobby. Location is good. Rooms size is good . For France Resident CITY CHARGES is not applicable as per France GOVERNMENT. But they Charged. Where it goes No one knows.

Just checked in today and here are the pros and cons : The only advantage is the location i.e. it's closer proximity to Eiffel. Otherwise as for the cons, like others mentioned the service is uninspiring and terrible. There is no water or milk in the rooms, they lack basic amenities, some of the staff simply doesn't respond. Also the worst thing is that they are doing something that's illegal. I am a Parisian resident but they charge everyone the tourist tax (meant to be paid by only non residents of Paris). It doesn't amount to a lot of course, but if you think about the number of people they do it to over the entire year then that is a big theft that needs to be reported to the authorities. The front desk / reception simply declined to take a look at my proof of residence and still charged the "tourist tax" anyways, which is simply theft. Still staying here for the next couple of days but I am not expecting any improvements from them. The guy at the guest relations desk scorns on being asked for basic amenities like tea and sugar as if it's going to be deducted from his salary and was terrible to deal with. The suggestion would be to book another hotel which though might be farther away from Eiffel, would at least have basic services.
