Los horarios del gym no son los mejores. Nadie puede ingresar antes de las 7:30 am o después de las 9:00 pm. Segundo, sábanas con huecos y alfombras manchadas

El hotel està limpio y el personal es amable , pero , el colchon no es firme porque debe ser antiguo , el baño es extremadament pequeño, alguien abrió la puerta de mi habitacion mientras estaba dentro, la comida en el desayuno es muy mejorable , igual que las opciones , asi como la limpieza y disposicion de la sala .

We are truly sorry to learn that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly the comfort of the mattress, the size of the bathroom, as well as your perception of the breakfast quality and variety. We also sincerely regret the situation you described regarding your room door being opened while you were inside. This is not in line with our standards of safety and respect for our guests’ privacy. We are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the cleanliness of your room upon arrival. This situation is unacceptable and does not reflect the quality standards we strive to provide to our guests. We fully understand your frustration at having to return to reception to request a room change, and we also regret that the new room assigned did not match the category originally booked.
