Our hotel is in Cointrin (a 10-minute walk from the airport and Palexpo convention center). You can easily get to the airport and take the train downtown to visit the United Nations Office, Saint Pierre Cathedral or the Natural History Museum. Our team is on hand to help with advice on excursions and/or attractions if you want to explore the beautiful city of Geneva.

Take our daily shuttle service, running every 20 minutes from 5am to 11am and from 5.30pm to 11.30pm. It's easy to get to the airport and take the train downtown (only a 7-minute ride). The hotel itself is located close to the airport, only 3 stops away on the no.10 bus from the airport. The free transport pass was very handy and helpful. The hotel was prompt in ensuring I received the travel pass before my family and I arrived in Geneva so that was definitely very efficient of them. The room itself was clean and well kept. Comfortable beddings. The bunk bed was a little hard for my elderly mum to get onto so it is something to keep in mind when booking such rooms with bunk beds. The staff especially the cleaning staff were friendly and always had a friendly hello whenever we passed them by. I shaved off one star because there was no kettle in the room. I have stayed in hotels in the past that did not have kettles but usually the reception would have one they would be happy to lend out for a bit. The shock here was that in order to get the kettle from the reception you would have to pay a €20 deposit. I did not have cash on hand so i ended up using my card. The hotel did release the holding fee back immediately when i returned the kettle, but nevertheless it was a constant worry at the back of my head while I was using the kettle and it was just something I have never encountered before.

Good transit option

The location makes this a perfect airport transit stop, parking is available too. We checked in late night but staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to buy a drink from the bar even at the late hour. The room was fresh, bright and spotlessly clean. We were perfectly comfortable. Some noise with an open window but to be expected given the location. Our only criticism would be breakfast as we felt it was over priced for the pretty limited selection on offer. Overall though a reasonable and comfortable stop over and would use again for this purpose.
