I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis Budget, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I am sincerely sorry to hear that you had so many problems with the housekeeping of the rooms, this is definitely not our usual standard and I will be addressing your concerns with the housekeeping team to ensure that this does not happen again. While we do service the rooms every second day, we should also be changing the linen every three days - the only time that we will not change the sheets is if there are belongings on the bed as our housekeeping team has strict instructions not to move guest's belongings. I had not been aware of your concerns during your stay and apologise that we did not have the opportunity to rectify this for you.
