The lobby, bar and restaurant is all modern and clean. Prices very reasonable. Food selection was fine and tasted delicious. Breakfast had plenty of choices. The room was dated but very clean. Bed very comfortable. Large bathroom and good shower. Only 3 hangers and poor supply of tea and coffee. We didn’t use the pool and gym. Was a little more expensive than other hotels we had used in Poland. But would stay here again if in the area.

Poor hotel

Terrible service, Do not stay there Planned a business trip with former CEO arranged and paid for the hotel. Informed them of late arrival but once we arrived we could not get in the hotel. no reply no call we have been stranded for 3 hours with no place to stay since they closed reception at 9pm. and we arrived at 10pm Not a hotel worth visiting

Contrary to the modern and clean rooms advertised online and in the hotel lobby the rooms seem to have last been updated in the 1930s with decor that gave my elderly mother in law flashbacks of her early childhood. The internet is so impressively awful it might as well not have been installed, I have experienced a more reliable connection in the heart of the amazon rainforest. It makes no sense at all that it should be so abysmal here. We were absolutely appalled when the housekeeper walked into our room while we were barely dressed and woke us up from our sleep to babble something in polish standing in the middle of our room as if we’d invited her in. She would not leave despite our obvious displeasure with the bold intrusion. We were shocked that a human being could be so blatantly rude. The only bearable part of our stay was the lack of polish guests being mostly comprised of Germans. You might think “surely the beautiful restaurant is worth the visit?” you would be wrong. we made a small order that included a Prosciutto pizza which when delivered did not include any prosciutto! As well as several other toppings. As the only customers at the time we were confused how an order could be so badly handled. Overall if you’re expecting a pleasant stay look somewhere else something is very strange about this location.

Very pleasant stay

Business stay for 2 nights. Very clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a superior room, very clean, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, soft clean towels. Good breakfast and catered for Gluten free. Only downside was the bar closing at 10pm but I don’t know if that is a local thing 🤷🏻‍♂️. Swimming pool again very clean and the water was heated to 29 degrees.

Hotel is located 15 minutes walk from main Old Town Square. It has large parking additionally paid just near entrance. Room was OK. Breakfast very good. The biggest advantage is 15 m swimming pool. Man taking care of that was very helpful and kind.
