Séjour très agréable, au centre ville, près de l’Université , où se tenait notre colloque. Un point regrettable, lors de notre arrivée samedi soir : il nous fut refusé de dîner 21h45, alors que le restaurant était censé fermer à 22h00. Pas très accueillant… !

At the same time, we sincerely regret your experience upon arrival regarding the restaurant. Being refused dinner at 21:45, despite the stated closing time, should not have happened. The behavior of our staff in this situation was not professional and does not reflect the standards we uphold. At Mercure, our guests can always count on being offered something to eat, even after the restaurant’s closing hours. We provide a selection of dishes available 24/7, and we regret that this was not offered to you during your visit. Je n'ai pas apprécier la literie, sur les 3 nuits, le mal de dos m'a réveiller avant mon réveil. Un sur-matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme permettrai peut être d'amélioré la sensation de dormir sur une planche.

I am truly sorry to hear that the comfort of the bedding did not meet your expectations and that it affected the quality of your sleep during your stay. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. At the same time, we regret that you did not inform us during your stay. Had we known, we would have been more than happy to offer you an alternative room to better suit your comfort. In our hotels, mattresses are selected to provide the most optimal comfort for the majority of our guests. However, we do have rooms with slightly softer or firmer bedding, and whenever possible, we are happy to adjust based on individual preferences. Your comment regarding the possibility of adding a memory foam topper is very valuable and will be taken into consideration as we continuously work to improve our guests’ experience.
