We chose this hotel for its location - as we were arriving from Gdasnk by train, and this is just a short walk from the main station. Its also well located for the tourist attractions, its a leisurely stroll to Nowy Świat and the Old Town. Service is professional and efficient, we arrived earlier than regular check ins but were given our room key s without a fuss. Even when we found the soap hadnt been replenished, it was quickly attended to by housekeeping. Rooms were comfortable and adequate for a 2 night stay. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is competitively priced, even better with an Accor membership discount. A reliable choice for Warsaw.

I spent three nights in this hotel and I like it. The price is cheap but the standard is very good. I like polish food and vodka ;) I've seen better hotels in Warsaw but this is okey, this is one of the better ones. I will definitely come back here, the street next door is full of great attractions.

Amazing location and very nice, clean room, top professional personnel, stayed at 25 floor which gave me unforgettable experience of seeing amazing panoramic view of Warsaw, capital of Poland, choose option without breakfast because was leaving very early, but next time will try full experience:)

- Rooms were new with a very pleasant colour theme (dark green for our room) - Bathrooms were clean and well kept - Location is super-convenient with everything around us: the train/bus/tram station, the museums, the restaurants, the pubs, the shops, etc. - Staff are very friendly: Sara at the front desk was particularly helpful, taking her time to give us tips about restaurants, places to see, etc. Compared to Novotel Poznan Centrum (see my other review), the Novotel Warsaw Centrum staff are angels of courtesy and friendliness. Maybe the Accor administration should pay more attention to these things and remember that a hotel is not only a room and a location but also service, which should be superlative. - Excellent breakfast with an amazing variety of anything one can think of (for breakfast, that is)

My review is written after six previous visits to Poland and staying in six different hotels in Warsaw. Novotel is truly awesome place. This is the best hotel from all my previous trips. Breathtaking view from the window. Great location. Very clean room. Exceptional and outstanding service. Easy to solve any matter or get help. Awesome breakfast. Easy to negotiate early check in and late check out. Fantastic. Me, and my partner enjoyed every single moment of being there. I definitely would recommend the hotel. This is the best hotel with great value for your money.
