We are extremely sorry that, despite all our efforts, we were unable to meet your expectations regarding your stay, which consequently affected your satisfaction. We realize that our hotel is showing its age, but we strive to provide the highest level of comfort. Thank you for your comments, we will of course check the room from a technical point of view. It is also worth mentioning, that breakfasts in 4* hotels are of a higher standard, so moving the breakfasts should be an advantage.
