The room smelled terribly like cigarettes.

Dear Anna, We're very sad about your low score and bad impressions. Did you inform our Front Desk after check-in about all situations? We will immediately change your room if we know about that before. All hotel rooms are non smoking and we fight against smoking in our hotel. If there's any problems or doubts don't hesitate to let us know - we're 24/7 for your disposal during your stay. Is there was something else happened during your visit? Good localization is the real advantage. Otherwise nothing special to be referred. I did not have breakfast, just overnight stay. Hotel standards at minimal level for economy stay - just to be honest.
