All the staff are very courteous .A special mention of Mr Salim in the lobby who has always been very helpful and kind..Also the manager in the restaurant is very good.Mariam and Karim at reception area excellent.

I would like to commend Eid and Mohamed in the bar, great service, attentive without being intrusive, top quality. I would also commend the housekeeping staff, not only was the room spotless they also found the watch I left in the room on departure. Overall a very nice hotel and will stay here again
