Day shift reception personnel bullying client kid not to eat more crepês at the breakfast buffet. Horrible. Very poor breakfast. Wifi acess interruption last 2 hours in a row. All the building (rooms, corridors, etc) in a very poor shape. A building that is dilapidated and in a generally bad condition.

No late checkouts for LeClub Accor Gold members

Do not go in the summer, because air conditioner at room does not work. Do not think about staying free after 1:00 PM, because hotel will be almost empty, and they'll say it´s full. If you intend to go to Fatima's sanctuary and you've got a LeCLub Accor card, it's ok. If you're not a member, choose another hotel.

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, specially if you came in Winter but please note that we still don´t have air conditining just climatized and the late check out will be as usualy on our hotel, up to the availability and also as usualy by request we leave clients stayng in the room until 4PM free of charge and up that time with the normal International late check-out rules,I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experiencewith the best relation ship price and quality that so many of our guests have grown so fond of infortunely it was not your case. First Class value money in every sense. This is our second visit and we will be returning again. Reception was first class efficient and friendly. Parking at the Hotel was good but a little bit of a tight squeeze for a large vehicle but possible with care.

Easy and comfortable. Excellent reception and very good personal services by a kind and careful staff. I can only recommend this hotel as it is well situated with easy and free parking spaces around it.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was charmingly relaxing and quiet. Not in the bustle of the centre but just a fifteen minute walk away following a path along the river. A great place to stay and very well located to visit Fatima, Nazaré, Tomar, Coimbra and Lisbon is only an hour away. If you want to get to know the real Portugal, this is a great place to stay.

Good hotel with clean and functional room. Standard functional bathroom. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. A good overall stay.It was ideal for me as the hotel is central to the towns I was visiting - Leiria; Fatima; Nazare; Caldas da Rainha, etc.

The parking for cars isn't the best. It's the only issue. The breakfast was good and with plenty variety. I loved the bread, it fills you up. For kids there's a plenty variety of channels for them to watch.

Forgot my welcome drink. Not very welcoming if you have to ask for it. Nonetheless staff very nice. Breakfast good. Room had a bit of noise from the pipes (steam?) . Not sure what. Get backside but still noisy due to pipes. "Bed comfy" though.

This property ticks all the boxes for a cheap night's accommodation. Its clean, reasonably modern, quiet enough and has a comfortable bed. 3 euro off-street parking, albeit with a tight entrance is another plus

The bed and pillows were super confy! Everything was clean. We had only one towel each for face and body but it was ok. The breakfast was great with custard tarts I loved but had no eggs and bacon. I stayed at 503

Check out wasn't very pleasant as i lost 3 quarters with administration. the payment previous payed with the Accor points wasn't recognized and I had to pay the entire price. however overall it was a pleasant stay and the hotel is very good situated
