Vriendelijke medewerkers. Er deed zich een probleem voor, waarop zij adequaat hebben gehandeld om het op te lossen. Daarnaast werden we verrast met een excuuskaatje, vers fruit en 2 flessen water op de kamer. We komen zeker nog een keertje langs.

De kamer is niet groot maar het bed en de douche zijn prima. Online in en uit checken is makkelijk. Het ontbijt is te duur maar tegenover ligt en prima lokaal met redelijke prijzen. Personeel aan de balie kan geen info geven over vragen betreffende de parkeergarage die zich in de arcaden bevinden. Treinstation / U bahn /S bahn bevinden zich naast het hotel.
