We had a lovely 3 night stay here last month. We didn't want to stay right in the heart of the city, so chose this hotel in a residential area, a short metro ride away from the main tourist spots. The hotel is very unassuming from the outside, but has a very modern, slick and stylish interior and garden area. There was a slight mix-up with our booking, but this was swiftly taken care of by the team at the hotel and we were also given 2 complimentary cocktails. The room was very clean and spacious, and had complimentary bathroom essentials and drinks. The breakfast had a wide selection to choose from, which was all fresh and simply delicious. The coffee was 10/10 also! The staff were very helpful and lovely and helped make our stay in Rome an unforgettable one.

We stayed at this hotel with a lot of comfort. Friendly and helpful staff. Located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to public transport ( metro and bus).

Overall, the hotel offered a clean environment, with friendly and welcoming staff. The bathroom was a highlight—modern and well-maintained. While the location was quiet, it was set within a busy neighborhood and a bit far from the city center, which might not suit everyone’s needs. The dining experience left something to be desired; options were limited and the quality was average at best. Breakfast was not particularly impressive, but it was sufficient to start the day. All in all, the hotel provided a comfortable and clean stay, with good service, but there’s room to improve in the dining and breakfast offerings.

Beautiful Hotel, But Disappointing Hot Tub Experience

We booked the luxury suite with a hot tub as a special treat to end our holiday in Italy. The room itself was lovely—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the bed was large and comfortable (though a bit firmer than we prefer). The bathroom was also very nice, with a great shower, bathrobes, and slippers provided. We were especially looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of prosecco after long days exploring Rome. Unfortunately, this part of our stay was a major disappointment. • Day 1: The hot tub wouldn’t start. It took three different staff members before the issue was resolved. • Day 2: We returned to find the tub had been emptied. As we refilled it, it suddenly turned on and splashed water everywhere. We couldn’t turn it off and had to call reception again. • Day 3: The tub didn’t work at all. We called reception and asked for the manager. After waiting 45 minutes, we were told he was in a meeting. We eventually went to reception ourselves, and the manager reluctantly came out. We paid a premium for this suite and were really looking forward to a bit of luxury to end our trip. Sadly, the repeated issues with the hot tub and the lack of timely support left us feeling stressed rather than relaxed. It’s a real shame, because the hotel grounds are beautiful and most of the staff were lovely—especially Giuseppe, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Thank you, Giuseppe! Unfortunately, based on this experience, we wouldn’t choose to return.
