Dear Mr. E., the amount you mentioned refers to the city tax, which was regularly charged to the card you provided. We are sorry you did not remember it, but this is a mandatory fee set by the local authorities and not by the hotel. We sincerely apologize for the other inconveniences experienced during your stay. Your feedback will be immediately shared with our maintenance team: although rare, unforeseen issues may occur, but the most important thing is that your room was promptly changed to a larger one, suitable for the number of guests that was different from your original booking.
