Nice hotel and central

Stayed for a night before our cruise. Warm welcome from the staff and the room was lovely. Pool area was beautiful. Had a drink at the bar which was also lovely and dinner at the restaurant at the hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Located about 2km from the Venice train station made for a convenient stay. Thank you.

Very nice hotel at a good price considering the location. We had a good nights sleep and I'd happily go back! Only downside was the bathroom felt a little out dated. But still a good hotel! We didn't have a chance to try the Pool as it was fully packed on the day we got there..

Very good location, located near the Venice Mestre Railway Station. Very secured hotel, with gym, pool. Tidy, clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good. Friendly staffs; I was supposed to leave the hotel in the early morning the hotel staffs prepared breakfast and gave me the packet. Hotel has easy access to all sorts of Public transport.

Terrible, no basic facility , not convenient

We are here with family for two nights, hotel is certainly not 4 star and lacks basic amenities of providing drinking water, vending machines are out dated, 1st day only small two water bottles provided , no provision of refilling , if you dont carry empty water bottles, your family will have to go out searching drinkinng water in the night, lacking basics and despite charging for two nights for family of 4 only first night two bottles! Staff is not cooperative and run away from responsibility in need. Location is also too far from mestre station and u need to walk and change buses not convenient for transport and visiting with family
