Friendly and welcoming staff. Unfortunately, the room was a disaster. 1. Extremely noisy air conditioning, 2. room temperature not adjustable, 3. water infiltration in the bathroom, 4. old bathtub with traces of mould, 5. fixed shower head support, impossible to adjust and therefore obligation to hold the shower head while showering.

My only criticism is that the hotel is far from the city centre, and you need to drive or take public transport to visit the tourist attractions. Other than that, the hotel is great! I am particularly grateful to the Arianna (the lady who works at the reception in the afternoons and evenings), because she was very helpful while I stayed at the hotel.

Paid extra for Novotel brand however didn’t live up to the usual standard. Having said that the staff were extremely helpful.

Near tram but it takes a long time to reach the city center. Nice swimming pool and outside terrace. Very professional personell at the check in counter.
