Being a diamond accor member, it means that I have stayed in many accor hotels all around the world. It seems that this specific one has been forgotten by Accor. Although the people are very helpful and try their best to serve you, they cannot turn such a donkey into a horse. Their management is to blame for being so poor in service and offerings. I was just given 2 small bottles of water in the beginning, just once, although I booked two rooms for 7 days. Nothing else. In all accor around the world, even in less developed countries, I had an endless supply of water, coffee and more. I was expecting in Italy and especially Rome where the drinking water runs free everywhere to have some decency. Nothing again. The food in the restaurant was very very poor. I could make a better pizza myself and I am a horrible cook. They forgot to bring half the plates and unfortunately we had them in the end, spending hours with stomach ache and nearby baths around Rome. The location is the worst part. If you have no car, or transport vehicle, you should definitely stay away. They give some train schedules if you enjoy public transport, which I do, but they dont always follow the schedule and you run into nasty night adventures looking for a taxi. You can find in Rome and spend the room cost or try Rebibia and find no transportation at all. I always give positive reviews in general, but this time I have to warn and protect other travellers. Accor could fix this with some tweaks, starting with the location thing, setting up a shuttle, even if it is once in the morning, once at night and improving the hotel food offerings. A diamond member or any passer-by makes no difference there either

The front office manager was very helpful at the time of check-in. And the staff at the main restaurant were very nice. But unfortunately when I booked a taxi to the FCO airport from the reception the night before checking out, I have been told that it is a fixed price to the airport which is € 50. But on the following day when we used the taxi that was booked through the hotel's reception to the airport, the taxi driver took € 125 as his meter showed. And refused to do as per the agreement with the hotel. But what makes it worst he called the hotel reception and the lady who answered the phone denied that there was an agreement of a fixed price of the ride which was booked by the hotel. And I payed the €125.

Hotel dobrze zlokalizowany dla podróżujących samochodem. Bardzo dobre śniadania, dobra restauracja. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Czysto w pokojach, duży basen, ratownik.

Avoid unless you want to be eaten alive! And bad service to boot

Staff were terribly rude and unhelpful whenever we had a question, and that’s if we could even get them to acknowledge us. On numerous occasions we were seen and blatantly ignored while the staff played around on their phones. The impression we got was foreigners were second class Citizens. There was a plague of mosquitos that seemed to get in through the vents, because even if the doors and windows were kept shut more kept appearing. We saw children staying at the hotel who had bites all over their face and looked as if they were in agony. The staff didn’t warn anyone, and there was no repellant or treatments available, and no mosquito nets. I know this is not their responsibility but would have been a nice touch, even having them available to buy would have been amazing. Especially after waking up to over 50 bites. The air Conditioning was turned off at night and given that the temperatures were well over 30 degrees Celsius and there was a plague of mosquitos the windows couldn’t be left open, so the rooms were stifling. Even if you asked for a fan at reception the only answer was “No, it will turn on at 05:30”. Location wise, the hotel is nowhere near the attractions in Rome, and is not easily accessible by public transport, you really need a car to get anywhere, and driving in Rome is a bit of a risk. Food is simple frozen meals, breakfast has a small range, mostly pastries and cakes, with a few slices of cold meat. All in all a terrible experience. 0/10 would not recommend.

I just wanted to convey, Thanks to the entire Accor team for our pleasant stay. I wanted to mention a few names who have been great with the services Alosis at the restaurant who was remarkable with his hospitality and my family absolutely adored him. Chef Varun Rajput for the great Food. Food was far beyond our expectations and finger licking 😊 Last but not the least Akshay from the restaurant, who had a pleasing personality and serviced us with the smile. Over all I would like to rate my stay 10/10 or if there is a category to chose more 😊, would love to do that. I left my feedback on Expedia and Google. Thanks for the wonderful stay once again, looking forward to stay again on New year’s eve. Special mention Ramnik Chaudhary because of whom Accor has always been my favorite brand.
