Hotel zlokalizowany w centrum historycznym, 5 minut drogi od Coloseum i Forum Romanum, i dwóch bazylik, idealny na nocne spacery w okolicach ruin, dzielnica spokojna

Szanowny Panie, Serdecznie dziękujemy za poświęcenie czasu na podzielenie się tak szczegółową opinią. Cieszymy się, że docenili Państwo doskonałą lokalizację hotelu w samym sercu historycznego centrum Rzymu, spokojną okolicę, czystość pokoju, codzienny serwis sprzątający oraz uprzejmość naszego personelu – zarówno w recepcji, jak i podczas śniadań. Miło nam również wiedzieć, że elastyczność dotycząca przechowania bagażu oraz polityka wymiany ręczników zostały odebrane pozytywnie. Jednocześnie bardzo przepraszamy za zamieszanie związane z anulowaniem rezerwacji. Rozumiemy, jak niekomfortowa mogła być ta sytuacja, zwłaszcza że otrzymali Państwo potwierdzenie transakcji. Cieszymy się, że nasze doskonałe położenie tuż obok Koloseum umożliwiło Państwu wygodne zwiedzanie Rzymu. Przykro nam natomiast, że śniadania nie spełniły w pełni Państwa oczekiwań. Doceniamy wszystkie uwagi dotyczące tłoku, różnorodności oraz dostępności warzyw i owoców. Państwa spostrzeżenia zostały przekazane naszemu zespołowi gastronomicznemu, abyśmy mogli poprawić komfort i jakość tej usługi. Good hotel right near the Colosseum

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in November 2025 on a sightseeing trip to Rome. The hotel is literally 3 minutes away by foot from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Two Metro stations are about 10 minutes away and many bus line stop right in front of the hotel. Trams were not in service during my visit. You can also walk to Piazza Venezia within about 15 minutes and from there you are not really that far away from Via del Corso, so, if you’re into walking, you can see most of Rome’s major sites without using transportation which for me was a great advantage. The hotel has a rooftop bar (which is not open in winter) with great views of the Colosseum and also a small swimming pool. After reading some reviews and realizing that the hotel is on a main road (with some traffic noise) I e-mailed the hotel after booking requesting a quiet room on a high floor. I received a reply within minutes stating that the hotel would do its best to comply with my request (I opted for a room without a view of the Colosseum as a quiet room is more crucial to me than a room with a view). I stayed in room 716, which has no noise from the street and is on the top floor, so I was really happy with this and with the fact that the hotel did indeed take into account my request when assigning the room. That being said, there was some noise in the room from visitors in adjacent rooms, this due to the strange windows the hotel has which are sort of like a resonance box. In general, the structure housing the hotel is quite dated, and strange. The windows “surround” the room (see photos) therefore the room is “surrounded” by curtains. This did not cause any real problem, it was just a bit weird. Also, there was a concrete column in near one of the windows, again, not really disturbing, but unusual. Shower room was a bit cramped. Nevertheless, the room was quite comfortable. Mattress was good, everything in the room was clean and functioned well. Continental breakfast was good too although as continental breakfasts go, there was not a huge variety and on my fifth morning it did become a bit monotonous. Nonetheless, there was a wide variety of great pastries and cakes for those with a sweet tooth. There are two lifts in the hotel which you can expect to wait for for extended periods of time, especially in the morning around breakfast. Had I known this I probably would have asked for a room on a lower floor and used the stairs. All in all, I really liked the hotel which has a decent level of amenities, rooms, food, staff and location. Staff were polite and helpful and check-in / out were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Valeria from the front desk who went out of her way to help me have an early breakfast in the breakfast room on my day of departure (due to an early flight), this with the help of Andera from the breakfast room. Much appreciated!

What a View

We stayed at this Hotel in September from the 19th to 22nd for my partners 60th with her BF and Husband. We thorougly enjoyed everything but the Hotel was fantastic, clean, friendly and what a view. Stunning and so close to the Colosseum. The rooftop pool and bar really made the whole experience. The only negative really was the pillows. One normal comfortable pillow and a square one which meant you couldn't use both together comfortably. The room size was compact but there was enough space. We had two rooms and for some reason we were on 2 different floors despite booking it several weeks in advance, it would of been nice to at least be on the same floor as they were booked with one booking but that's a small gripe. 3 nights wasn't enough as we had amazing weather but not enough time to see everything and get the most from the pool , must stay longer next time. Highly recommend.
