Very convenient location to7/1 subway and main attractions. Staff was great with special shout-out to Lucas. Room was comfortable but perhaps needs some updating. Hard to judge pricing because everything is so expensive in Washington. CVS and Walgreens close-by and mediocre 7-11 about 1/4 mile away. All in all it was perfect for my combined business and sightseeing trip. Visited African History, Holocaust, and Air and Space (don't forget to try and make reservations for everything). Walked-by just about everything else. P.S. My flight was cancelled with the system breakdown but managed to rebook an earlier flight and rush to the airport with only two minutes before door closed and last seat. You need to visit the African History and Holocaust museums to really appreciate just how sick today's hate filled republican party is.

Stayed here for one night after being out of the country for three weeks. I had spent 30 hours traveling and came back here to the best bed ever.!

It was during NATO so we recognize that it was a full house, as well as there were limitations. However, the service wasn't at the standard of a Sofitel. We could never could get a taxi and were told to go outside and hair one! The room was lacking details in the products. Nothing to greet us as we were staying for 4 days. The conceirge was never around. The outdoor patio looked like a hurricane hit it most of the time. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
