I usually choose Accor hotels and this was the worst experience so far. For the cost, which is the most expensive Accor stay I had so far, the amenities are lacking. I paid for an urban experience, which supposedly included breakfast, but was told at check in that it was not included. Internet was fuzzy, which I did not expect from an Accor hotel. How can you be a business hotel with such spotty internet? And the furniture is dated and not refurbished. For the price, this stay was not worth it.

We had the best time at Sofitel. The suite was comfortable and spacious and the staff - especially mazimba and Abdul - made our entire family feel special and well cared for. The location is unbeatable. We will only stay at this hotel when I’m DC from now on!
