Great experience from check-in to check-out. All staff were courteous and polite and very helpful. My room was cleanly and very comfortable. The location in downtown D.C. is perfect, it is centrally located and within walking distance to all major attractions. Overall just a great hotel to stay at during your visit to D.C.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. I appreciate that our room was cleaned each day without requesting that it be done. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, though the restaurant was understaffed on Saturday morning resulting in significant wait times.

Great location and beautiful room but avoid the cafe. USD$10.00 for a coffee and USD$6.00 for two pieces of plain white toast. Service average as well.

We have stayed with you many times, perhaps 20. When we checked in the room was not ready. We were told to come back at 2PM as the front desk clerk would put a rush on the room. We came back at 2 and the room was still not ready. Upon checkout I asked for a copy of the bill to be emailed, but it was not. We do like the hotel and its location as the friendliness of the staff in the restaurant at breakfast is exceptional. However, I would make a recommendation that the drawers in the room be taken out and there be more closet space. There was not enough space to hand our clothes.
