Stayed at this hotel in July 2024. Arrived as the NATO confirmed was concluding. Great location, welcoming staff and nice amenities. Exceeded our expectations.

It was during NATO so we recognize that it was a full house, as well as there were limitations. However, the service wasn't at the standard of a Sofitel. We could never could get a taxi and were told to go outside and hair one! The room was lacking details in the products. Nothing to greet us as we were staying for 4 days. The conceirge was never around. The outdoor patio looked like a hurricane hit it most of the time. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

We had two rooms booked for a four night stay. The rooms were comfortable, plenty of space. Hot drink facility was good, and very pleasingly, no day went by without all the stocks, plus spring water, being replenished. Liked the fridge for keeping stuff cool - this was helpful. The bed was very comfortable; the room was quiet, no intrusion of noise from neighbours, or outside. The rooms were made up by housekeeping every day to a high standard. Also - When I reported a defect - relatively minor - with the ironing board, it was addressed satisfactorily without delay. The stay was everything I could reasonably expect from a Sofitel. I was here from the UK five years previously and standards have been well maintained.

We had a great stay during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. The staff is solid, everyone from reservations staff to maintenance and security personnel and especially Millions & team and their bespoke parking service. Don’t ever change!
