We are sorry to hear that the condition of the swimming pool and the elevator issue affected your experience. Please accept our sincere apologies. Regarding the elevator, we would like to explain that this was an unexpected technical breakdown, which was unfortunately beyond our ability to resolve immediately. As the repair required the intervention of a specialized external company and specific replacement parts, the process took longer than we would have wished. We fully understand how inconvenient this was, especially when travelling with children, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. For future visits, please note that our hotel is well connected to Barcelona city centre and Avinguda Diagonal by public transport. Some convenient options include: Tram T3 (Sant Martí de l'Erm stop): Located just a short walk from the hotel, it provides direct access to Avinguda Diagonal and connects with several metro stations. Buses X30 in 10 minutes connects with metro line at Avenida Diagonal and 78 reaches the main train Station at Sants. Rodalies Train (Sant Joan Despí station): A quick train journey takes you to Barcelona city centre, including stations such as Passeig de Gràcia and Sants. Taxi or Ride-Sharing Services: Depending on traffic, Barcelona city centre and Avinguda Diagonal can usually be reached in approximately 15–25 minutes.
