I am very pleased that you rated us highly to highest in all categories and are delighted that you really enjoyed your stay with us and the location and the breakfast in particular. Our guests deserve the best. It is of great importance to us that you were satisfied with our services. The high ratings and positive remarks on the staff made us very happy and after I gladly passed on both results to my team, I would like to say a sincere “thank you” on their behalf. Regarding the air conditioning, please allow me to note that it only allows for a certain range of individual adjustments. In general, our system is set to a maximum difference of 7°C from the outside temperature (DIN EN 16798), in accordance with the recommendations of the German Federal Environment Agency, to avoid negative effects on our guests’ health. Unfortunately, when outside temperatures are unusually high, the system reaches its limits. In such cases, we are pleased to provide our guests with an additional fan. But we regret that your experience with the room temperature did not meet your expectations — and we would like to formally apologize for this. Please allow me to note that our air conditioning only allows for a certain range of individual adjustments. In general, our system is set to a maximum difference of 7°C from the outside temperature (DIN EN 16798), in accordance with the recommendations of the German Federal Environment Agency, to avoid negative effects on our guests’ health. Unfortunately, when outside temperatures are unusually high, the system reaches its limits. In such cases, we are pleased to provide our guests with an additional fan. We take your input very seriously and I have already discussed it with the managers and colleagues in charge. Please accept my apologies for the inconveniences and disappointments you had to deal with. Regarding the linen change, please allow me to explain that this actually takes place every 3 days. Due to a second reservation, the change was carried out on July 22 and 28, but unfortunately not on July 25. We apologize for this. I would nevertheless like to point out that our guests can request an additional linen change at any time, for example via the card in the bathroom, the digital guest folder, or at the front desk. As a small gesture of apology for the oversight, we'd be happy to credit you with 2,000 ALL points. We really appreciate your good marks in other aspects and are more than happy to pass them along to the respective staff members. Um hotel prático. Um quarto pequeno e meio confuso, já que o vaso fica em um lugar separado do restante do banheiro e não tem lavatório (só no banheiro). A localização é boa, a uns 20 minutos a pé do centro. Fiquei em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Uma cama muito boa e a outra parecia que estava quebrada na lateral, mas nos atendeu bem. De uma forma geral nos atendeu pela localização, estacionamento e vaga para carregar o carro elétrico.

Bom café da manhã, boa piscina porém o ar condicionado não funcionou, fomos até a recepção para avisar e o atendente nos deu um ventilador. Passamos calor. Explicaram que o sistema de ar condicionado é antigo e nada poderiam fazer. Achei um absurdo.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you found the room too warm during your stay. Our air-conditioning system was completely renewed in 2022, but in line with European regulations it can only cool up to 10°C below the outdoor temperature. On very hot days above 30°C, especially with four people in the room, it can therefore still feel warm. I completely understand that this was unpleasant for you and your family, and I regret that we were not able to provide a better solution at the time.
