Al llegar me indican que debo dejar una garantía de 100€ por habitación ya que así es la política. En ningún lado al hacer la reserva dice eso. O sea mienten. Y al hacer el check out indican que en menos de 24 horas devuelven el dinero. Mentira ya han pasado más de 24 horas. Lo encuentro una falta de respeto. La atención en la recepción es bastante deficiente. Muy mala. El hotel no merece la clasificación de 4 estrellas

With regard to the processing time for the refund, please contact your bank in Romania directly - we have released the outstanding balance immediately. Las habitaciones son amplias y están bien insonorizadas. El baño limpio, el colchón cómodo y varios tipos de almohadas para elegir. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. El hotel transmite tranquilidad a pesar de la gran cantidad de gente que estaba hospedada en esta ocasión.

La temperatura del cuarto era demasiado calurosa, el aire acondicionado se suponía que funcionaba pero no creo que superara los 25-26 grados centígrados y en las noches batallamos muchísimo para dormir.

Please allow me to explain that our air conditioning only allows for a certain range of individual adjustments. In general, our system is set to a maximum difference of 7°C from the outside temperature (DIN EN 16798), in accordance with the recommendations of the German Federal Environment Agency, to avoid negative effects on our guests’ health. Unfortunately, when outside temperatures are unusually high, the system reaches its limits. In such cases, we are pleased to provide our guests with an additional fan. Me hospede en una suite familiar comoda y limpia, ubucacion perfecta para caminar al centro o tomar el metro, servicio de bar y restaurante buenísimo y principalmente personal de front desk super amable y servicial. tuvimos una experiencia excelente 👌!!!!

Fue un viaje en familia y nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido fantástica. Nos dieron la habitación cuando llegamos antes de tiempo, cualquier incidencia ha sido resuelta. La piscina ideal para un dia cansando despues de hacer turismo, dan toallas. Las zonas comunes comodísimas, hay una zona infantil muy divertida. Hemos coincidido con un guía turístico, Paolo, muy agradable y nos dió muy buenas indicaciones. La habitación muy correcta y muy limpia, tienen moqueta, la única razón por la que no doy un 10. El hotel está muy bien situado a 5 minutos del museo alemán por lo que aprovechamos para ir el último dia antes de ir hacia el aeropuerto. A 20 minutos a pie de marienplatz o a dos paradas de metro. También cogimos el tren para volver al aeropuerto, muy cómodo. Todo muy bien explicado por Paolo. Si volvemos a Munich repetiremos, gracias!

La ubicación muy bien, la habitación también, la piscina un punto muy a favor para remojarse después de días de calor y de no parar por la ciudad, perfecto que los niños puedan estar también. Ubicado relativamente cerca D. centro y muy conveniente para visitar el Deutsches Museum, todo perfecto por poner un pero, el parking es bastante caro y las plazas bastante oscuras y limitadas.

Hemos estado muy tranquilos. La distancia al centro hacia tener que coger el coche, no está lejos, pero no se puede hacer a pie. El tema del parking por horas no lo veo correcto, es el parking del hotel y lo tarifan como si fuera uno público.

El hotel es muy confortable, tiene un excelente desayuno muy completo, los lugares comunes, incluyendo una pequeña area para niños estan muy bien... La pileta y el spa son excelentes. Nos enteramos unos dias antes de llegar que no ibamos a contar con la pileta por 48 hs por mantenimiento (no hubo compensacion). La habitacion muy comoda. La TV no tenia posibilidad de conectarse a internet ni trasmitir contenido, solo se podia ver programacion local. El restaurante del hotel me parecio caro en relacion a la propuesta gastronomica que ofrece. El personal fue muy atento siempre. La experiencia fue muy buena.
