Noisy room with lots of noise from the highway. Convenient location inside a shopping mall and close to Sao Roque and Sao Paulo. Receptionist service slow and not proactive. Food is very good however service need to improve.

the area of Tambore/Alphaville” is full of shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants, and the hotel is connected directly to them, so guest can combine work with leisure. the installations of the hotel are decent.

This is a standard IBIS hotel well located near the highway and Alphaville entrance.They have a restaurant with some good options. One night they offered Japanese food buffet. Good service. Room are nice, IBIS standard. Please are nice. They offer a valet parking. They are located very close to a mall offering restaurant options.

This is just your regular Ibis hotel. Basic accomodation, a shower with good water pressure and a decent breakfast. Wi-fi worked perfectly and the customer service provided fast answers to all requests. Don't expect a spacious room, nice amenities or a stunning design. The location is good though. It's connected to a Shopping center so you can easily get about anything you may need.

Internet wouldn´t work, although they fixed it to me after calling, however for my other coleagues no. Remote control also had to be exchanged because it´was broken. And took so too much time in order to do the check in when we got there
