horrible food greedy people

i bought a pizza there for 14.50 heated up in the microwavw part cold, horrible taste. PURE GREED, SHOULD BE PROPERLY MADE FOR THE PRICE.. They dont give a dam.

It was correct, and according to expectations, it surprise me that they are blue ibis and have a bar where you are able to eat or drink. The bad point is related parking. Tiny car space and cost 10 euros on an area with congestion that probably doesn't help a lot to customers

Beyond WORST HOTEL!

If I could give them a minus 100 review I would! This hotel should NOT BE OPEN!! There is no vehicle access to the property due to construction. The only way to get to the hotel is to lug your luggage through a gravel construction site and walk into a back access to a garage. To get to the front entrance you have to climb stairs…no elevator which is impossible with suitcases. The front desk person says they can not help…you are on your own! On Sunday when we climbed thru the construction site, the women at the front desk was absolutely no help, walked away and refused to help direct us to other options! Essentially kicking us out despite the fact we had a prepaid room. Fortunately we found a room at Travelodge a few blocks away UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES YOU SHOULD NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!,

A “hotel” I will never stay at again

Disappointing stay with renovations everywhere

What was OK: - comfortable bed - easy check-in and check out - fairly close proximity to the airport Many things were below our expectations: - constructions and renovations in and outside of the hotel: What we didn't like the most was having breakfast with the renovating works at the same time and in the same space. As guests, the last thing you'd expect in a hotel would be the drilling noise, the dust and the smell of renovations while eating. The receptionists didn't do anything until one of guests intervened that the noise is unbearable. In the future either plan the timing of works after the breakfast hours or move the breakfast to another space - a massive work construction is happening outside the hotel - I understand that you may not have the influence on that, however, a warning and instructions how to get there during online check-in would be the minimum that I'd expect from a hotel - please note this will also affect the time needed to get to the hotel from the airport (not 10 min anymore but rather 30 min and it is easy to get lost especially at night) - our room looked like a leftover - I appreciate that we arrived late (before 1AM) however I specifically added that information during booking process and it was the primary reason why we selected this hotel - as 2 guests we had a room for 3 with additional bed prepared that took space within an already small room, the room was awfully hot and hard to breath on it with air con not working properly (we set it up at low temperature yet until morning the temperature hasn't changed by bit), we received two towels only, no hand towels were provided, which would be a standard in any hotel (let alone a chain hotel with a brand labelled) - the breakfast itself looked quite poor - cold eggs laying there for hours, toast oe baguette (baguette that you could barely cut), no labels on the food, and butter that was hard and shared on guests which doesn't seem hygienic Overall, I feel like it wasn't worth paying for it. From the breakfast, I can recommend the selection and quality of tea.
