Brilliant stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff, especially Victor who helped me with my booking. The local area was excellent for exploring and central Madrid was a short cab journey. 4 of stayed there and found the hotel a budget hotel but very clean and bright. Staff were excellent and continental breakfast was super.

Everything except location is excellent for this property. I had a minor transaction related issue but their GM, Nicole, intervened & solved that satisfactorily. Excellent experience, will visit again.

Great staff and amenities. Room basic but clean. Would stay again for stopover en route whilst travelling around. Vending machines dispense good coffee. €7 taxi ride into town. Sits on a sort of retail park with shops, cinema and a Lidl.

A regular stopping point on our trips from Spain to Germany and return. Excellent hotel, very clean and good breakfast. Located just outside Madrid on the Zaragoza road and immediately adjacent to a very good shopping mall and more important a fuel station associated with the mall with very low prices.Madrid Central is 40 minutes away by train, the station 5-10 minutes walk away.

Clean rooms, reasonable beds, good shower, good price overall and pet friendly, although we didn´t take the dogs this time. Easy parking with plenty of space, next to the Buffalo Grill, Lidl and a shopping mall.
