Quando cheguei ao hotel para realizar o check in, já estava uma fila muito grande de pessoas esperando, porém quando comecei a entender a situação, tinha um homem super alterado, gritando com a equipe do hotel e não tinha nenhum membro da segurança do hotel para conter esse homem, ele ficou aproximadamente 40 min brigando com todo mundo e nada foi feito até que estornaram o dinheiro que ele pedia, após essa situação, minha estadia nesse hotel não foi nada positiva, porque nunca senti medo ou algo parecido em Londres e essa foi a minha primeira vez, a equipe do hotel não teve culpa, foram bem atenciosos, porém falta membros no hotel para manter a segurança nesses casos. Foi minha primeira experiência ruim no íbis em vários anos, pois sempre utilizei a rede de hotéis.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night. It was a little noisy, but that's what I expected booking a hotel next to a busy road. The room was spacious and clean. There wasn't a hair dryer or kettle in the room, and I didn't expect there to be, as it's a budget hotel. However, there was air-conditioning in my room, which was greatly appreciated. There's snacks and drinks available in reception, or a Tesco just behind the hotel. We didn't eat breakfast there, as my daughter wanted to go to Costa, but the food looked nice.

What a terrible hotel. My company paid 155 pounds per room for me and a colleague, nothing budget about that. The room smelled musty and didn't look very appealing. Not even a kettle in there. It was also right next to the A406 which was busy all night and the windows didn't keep much sound out. Avoid

U go and tell me? 90% no fluent English speaking! Nothing like was what I seen on Internet! Shower was 100% great 👍everything c/c fine! Used to paying cash! Food available 2 machines! What else can I say?
