The hotel is very well located, in front of the train station and within walking distance of the Old Town. Breakfast was good, buffet style, and the prices were correct. During our stay, vending machines for coffee and snacks were not working. We had a bad experience with the rude attitude of the woman at the front desk in the mornings, she was not welcoming, not smiling, and not helping. She didn't even apologize nor recognize her mistake, when the second day she gave us the wrong total to pay and I had to correct her, knowing the price of breakfast and the amount we paid the day before.

Pleasant short stay over in Strasbourg for the christmas celebrations. The reception was friendly and luggage storage was allowed. The room (family room) was clean, decent and nice. The location was very close to the train station(5 mins) walk. Plenty of restaurants and supermarket around for food options. Overall a perfect stay and location for families or budget travellers.

Great location opposite the railway station. We had a family room which was very well sized, excellent as our sons use wheelchairs. Comfortable and spotless room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only downside was a fire alarm at 1am. With no night staff and disabled children in an upper room we could find no-one to alert to their presence with the lifts out of action. Thankfully it was a false alarm and stopped after a short while with fire services not attending. Very little parking in the area with the only disabled space blocked with building materials.

This is a budget, no-frills hotel in a perfect location. Our room was comfortable and clean and in a perfect location, overlooking the station. Because of its location, everything is in easy walking distance (including a McDonalds a few doors away). Check in was straight forward and we were able to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checking out. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if in Strasbourg. Only potential improvement was that the two drinks machines in reception weren't working, we were able to buy cold drinks from reception but hot drinks were not available during our stay.

Jesteśmy zadowoleni. Hotel w centrum, wszędzie blisko, piękne widoki, klimatyzacja w pokoju. Minusy: Pokoje małe ,parking płatny dość oddalony od hotelu, na korytarzach niemożliwa woń (smród), głośno ale to dlatego że w centrum.
