Good budget friendly hotel

We booked this hotel as we had previously stayed in the Ibis Budget St Omer and liked it. We believed that the reception was 24 hr like St Omer which suited us fine as we knew we would be arriving after 10pm. We should have read the small print of our booking confirmation as it advised the check in process after 9pm. On arrival we could not access the car park as a code was needed. We walked in and used the help desk phone in the lobby who advised we would have been emailed a code. After some frantic searching through emails we located the code and were able to check in, get the car into the parking area and get access to our room. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we got a good nights rest ready for the next day. Lesson learned - check the small print, especially if you’re arriving late in the day.

This hotel is so cool Almost everything is made of plastic and I love the moulded shower The beds are very comfortable giving a top-quality sleep The staff are very friendly and helpful however the rooms are quite small There are also bunk beds which are very cosy if you have small children

Standard Ibis Budget. Right next to McDonalds which you can easily smell from the car park but I didn’t notice inside. Quiet hotel and check in very efficient and friendly. About 4 miles from motorway with several bakeries nearby if you don’t want the hotel breakfast.
