Unfair parking fines

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that your experience was affected by a parking fine. We completely understand how frustrating this can be. However, we would like to clarify that the car park is clearly signposted with instructions, and our team always does their best to inform guests that they must input their vehicle registration at the tablet located at reception. This step is essential to ensure free parking is registered correctly during your stay. Parking enforcement is managed by a third-party company, but we take guest concerns seriously and are continually working to minimise issues. If you believe the fine was issued in error, please contact us directly with your PCN number and we’ll be happy to request a cancellation on your behalf. We’re confident our team provides clear guidance and support around parking, and we’ll continue to ensure all guests receive the information they need at check-in.

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the parking fine you received. We completely understand how upsetting this must be, especially after following the instructions given at check-in. Unfortunately, the car parking system is managed entirely by a third-party company and is not under the direct control of the hotel. That said, we take these matters seriously and have already reported this issue to Civil Enforcement Ltd, as there does appear to be a wider problem affecting some guests. I have personally emailed the company regarding your case, and I would urge you to get in touch with us directly, quoting your PCN number, so we can assist further and work to get this resolved or cancelled on your behalf. Once again, I am truly sorry for the stress this has caused. While this situation is not a fault of the hotel itself, we absolutely recognise the impact it has on our guests and are doing everything we can to escalate and resolve it. Kind regards,
