Dear Guest, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced during your stay. Our aim is to provide a comfortable and restful environment for all our guests, and we regret that we fell short of this goal in your case. Regarding the room temperature, our hotel needs to choose between air conditioning or heating for the entire building. At certain times of the year, we opt for heating as it can be cold at night, however, guests have the option to turn this off in their rooms. We also apologize for the disturbance caused by the bathroom ventilation. While it is in place to ensure proper airflow, it should not detract from the tranquility of your stay. Moreover, the safety and security of our guests are of utmost importance to us, and we regret to hear that you felt unsafe with the window open. Our hotel's design prioritizes guest comfort and safety, and we apologize if we fell short in providing this. We are particularly disappointed to hear that our staff's response to your concerns was not satisfactory. We will use your feedback to reinforce our training and ensure our team is better equipped to handle such situations in the future. We hope we can welcome you back in the future. Early check-in is subject to availability and at a small surcharge to ensure that rooms are ready for our guests ahead of schedule. While our rooms are designed to maximize space and comfort, we understand that guests may miss having a fridge or coffee-making facilities. Our bar, however, offers a variety of hot and cold beverages available for purchase around the clock. Additionally, guests can always rely on our 24/7 team for assistance with any needs. Regarding room amenities, we offer a safe deposit box at reception for our guests' valuables, as we do not have lockers in individual rooms. We regret to hear about your concerns with the temperature control and bed linen. Please note that our hotel operates a central heating system to ensure a comfortable environment during cold periods. We also offer a 15-minute guarantee to address any cleaning issues immediately, though it seems we missed the mark during your visit. Concerning our location, we are situated on the outskirts of the city center, which may affect the availability of certain transport services like Uber after peak hours. Nonetheless, we are within a reasonable distance of Aalst station and offer bike rental services for exploring the local area. Finally, we are sincerely sorry that the service did not meet your expectations. We will follow up on this with our team. We hope that you will return in the future for a more enjoyable stay.
