We are pleased that you found our secure parking, dedicated disabled bay, and the availability of our hotel restaurant for dinner to be convenient for your stay. Our team is always ready to assist and provide the best service possible, so we're thrilled to hear that you found our staff helpful. However, we understand your concerns regarding the parking situation and the limitations of our reservation system. While we do our best to accommodate all our guests’ needs, we regret any inconvenience you may have experienced due to the parking availability. We appreciate your suggestion and will take it into consideration as we continuously strive to improve our guests' experience. Finally, we hope that despite the parking issue, you were able to enjoy the surrounding amenities and the convenience of our hotel's location, close to both the Erasmus Hospital and public transport options for easy access to the city center.
