ibis Glasgow City Centre - Sauchiehall St.

Hotel very welcoming room clean and tidy.Not far from city centre but Improvement needed for Disabled room as it is not wide enough to navigate the wheelchair and the walking shower lacking hand rails and the shower seat need to be wider than it is for a disabled person safety specially if that person is not assisted. Why there is no breakfast at the Hotel itself rather than going to Novotel Hotel and have breakfast there.

What I Want from a hotel. A great comfortable room and bed. Its Got to be clean, and a good shower. Not intetsted in a fancy restaurant or an expensive bar. Thats what you get here. Will be back. Good location away from noicy traffic. Great affordable rates.

We really enjoyed our stay at ibis. It was further from the station that I thought but it helped us explore the city. All staff were friendly and the complimentary pastries and fresh fruit were delicious. Breakfast was also good with a brilliant range of cereals, toast and some cooked food. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Glasgow.

The hotel was really lovely staff were so friendly and the food was great good size Accessible room the only downside was the tiles on the floor in the bathroom were really slippery when wet my friend nearly went flying so maybe look at changing them to non slip tiles or flooring

Room smallish but fine for me. Double bed was 2 singles that separated in the night and i fell between. Room was very nice though great TV, Bathroom small but very clean and functional. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast great amount of options breads, cereals, cereal bars, meats, even had soya milk, cooked brekkie good but scrambled eggs were not! Could do with maybe some more fruit options other than just an apple. Location perfect for me as between office and central station. Quitish area but close to most things.
