The comfort and well-being of our guests are extremely important to us, and although our rooms are all the same size we have tried to make the most efficient use of the space available, we regret if this did not meet your expectations. Dear Noel, many thanks for your reply. We can understand, that not each guest agree with our change in a mordern F&B concept. Since January we have implemented the Kukimi concept with Asian, Indisch and local Food. Also , Salads ,wraps and sandwiches 7days /24 hours. Also we serve fresh made Pizzas in the hotelbar during the week in the evening. Since we have installed the shop, the amount of offered drinks increased from 7 out of the minibar, to about 30 several drinks, we offer in the shop. Also we reduced the prices for the drinks and food in respect, that we do not have the high cost of minibars , that are not used in the room. We have gain many positive feedback to this . Surtainly our bisto / hotelbar is opened during the week to offer service and beer , wine and other drinkt to our guests. best regards Stefan Rösl General Manager
