A Busy Hotel

This is a busy hotel. The room is outdated and the bathroom is old-fashioned. The indoor swimming pool is very cold because the surrounding air conditioning is colder than the cold air outside. Location is very good, walking distance 1.1 km to the Forbidden City. Walking is a must because taxi / Didi move slower than you walk in this area. The streets are so congested and very crowded. Traffic is always jammed. There are very good restaurants serving the most delicious Peking roasted duck. Walk to Hutongs and Wangfujing just nearby. Breakfast is satisfying and delicious.

My stay was delightful.

My stay was delightful. The hotel's location is superb, offering convenient access to a variety of dining options and shopping malls. Furthermore, the manager, Blair, delivered exceptional service with professionalism and warmth, making every guest feel valued and attended to. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family; staying here in Beijing is truly a great choice.

Other than good location, the hotel is not upto my expectation as compared to my stay at other countries of the same hotel chain. Do not have good impression once entered into the room as the main entrance door seem to be broke in before. Room lighting is dimmed. However, if the hotel is refurbish, I will consider to book again.

What impressed me most is the high quality service,it always makes me feel at home.especially Mr Jason Hu who is so kind even helps me with things that go beyond his job description.I will recommend your hotel to my friends without hesitation. Hope your hotel will be more prosperous in the future

Terrible stay experience, terrible rooms

Just facade of the hotel was fine but the rooms were terrible and extremely dilapidated! Very disappointed that a Novotel property was in such a condition. The staff also was not the politest. The bathroom was horrible. The tub was stained and dirty. We changed the room that they originally gave us and the next also was equally bad. The hotel needs a serious upgrade. We stayed there for 3 nights which was originally for 7 nights. We moved to Nuo, a newer, much nicer hotel. It was a terrible experience for my two children, my husband and I.
