We are grateful for your kind words and compliments and are happy that you particularly enjoyed the choice and quality of our buffet. Regarding your suggestions about the rooms, I could verify that you stayed in one of our Mediterranean-style Superior rooms. If you prefer a more modern style, I would recommend that you choose one of our Executive or Deluxe rooms on your next stay. In fact, these rooms have already been renovated and feature a modern style in line with that of all public areas (lobby, restaurants, Spa, etc.). Instead, I am very surprised by your comment about the mattress comfort. Our mattresses, regardless of the room category and whether renovated or not, are almost new and replaced regularly. I will personally check the condition of the mattress in the room you stayed in, which will certainly be replaced by next season if no longer in excellent condition. Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to write about your stay at the Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna. I am really sorry that you rated your experience so negatively, glossing over all the positive aspects, which were many by your own admission. Anyway, there are a few points I would like to clarify as they seem to me somewhat inaccurate. First of all, the room upgrade for ALL Platinum members is only granted upon availability at check-in. You booked a classic garden-side room, and we could have offered you an upgrade to a room in the immediately higher category (Classic bay-side or Superior garden-side). Since no rooms in these categories were available, the upgrade could not be offered. Then, you asked for a room with a better view and agreed to pay the extra charge for a bay-side Executive room, that is to say 5 categories higher than the original reservation. Other information that needs to be clarified in my opinion concerns the depth of the pool (this in fact has three depths starting from 40 cm which makes it safe even for children and adults who cannot swim) and the tables reserved poolside at breakfast (in fact some tables are reserved for Suite or Deluxe guests, but only for dinner). It also seems very strange to me that someone could have "chased" you off the beach at 7 PM, as our guests can stay there as long as they wish. However, starting from 7 PM in low season, beach services are no longer available (bar, towel rental, lifeguard service...). As for the language skills of our team, I confirm that we have German speakers in all departments. In any case, all of our staff, at varying levels of proficiency and fluency, speak at least English. I am also sorry to highlight that the possible rebranding of our hotel to Sofitel next year is totally unfounded news. Regarding your comment about our entertainment, allow me just to clarify that this is intentionally very soft and not pushy as befits a resort. Maybe, after inviting you to dance once, out team did not want to insist so as not to embarrass or annoy you. I am sorry that you felt ignored and excluded instead. Finally, it is not clear to me why you claim to have been “cheated” with respect to vouchers for the rooftop restaurant and the Spa. This was an initiative of our hotel in addition to the other benefits related to the ALL program and their conditions were as follows: discount of €25 per person for one dinner at the restaurant and 20% discount on treatments and massages at the Spa. I don't understand why you were unable to take advantage of the former as the restaurant was closed just one night during your stay, while the voucher for the Spa was actually not valid for the simple access to the Sensory Wellness Area (€38 for 120 minutes). Although this is always included when you book any massage or treatment lasting 50 minutes or more. We hope to have another opportunity to try to win back your trust in the near future. Until then, treasuring your valuable feedback, we will intensify staff training on proper and clearer communication of our services and peculiarities.
