Overlooking the wineries with views forever we stayed for two nights and could have easily stayed longer. This Novotel is fairly long, and soon we realised that the better the room, the closer you were to the reception and restaurant. We had a superior king room, one class of room higher than standard king room. As explained to me we had "less distance to walk", so if you are not keen on walking ask to be as close as possible to the reception. The food in the restaurant really was exceptional, we dined there both nights. Make sure you book as a lot come from surrounding areas being a very popular restaurant. Its one of those hotels that has a great feel about it.

Accomodation lovely, 2 bed unit perfect , private but close to pool etc, gorgeous views and perfect view of the stars. Catering disappointing. I paid a load of money for a cheese platter by the pool, no cutlery , terrible quality , no care taken at all. 5 course set meal disappointing , leek was shocking, staff all very lovely ! I couldn’t get my loyalty points as I booked through a different site. Pool was busy (new years) the resort accommodated superbly for set meal in restaurant and bbq option. Pool you could hear the distant music. I could also hear my pool side neighbours discussing the same. But the concept is there. It just needs a bit of change to be great. They also catered with separate gluten toasters at brekkie which was very much appreciated

So so disappointing! We came here for my husbands 40th! We stayed 2 nights and both nights this isolated hotel have not been able to accommodate us for dinner!! First night we were informed that the hotel were hosting a large party so we couldn’t eat in the restaurant and had to order room service. We were informed today that the restaurant could not accommodate us again today as they were booked up fully by 11am!! After being on a wine tour and staying in such an isolated position we are trapped in yet another night of room service!! Great 40th ! Absolutely terrible. Think twice before booking

A beautiful location but hotel could do with some work. The rooms haven’t been upgraded for at least 10 years I would think. We had very little hot water, both shower heads ran at the same time, the AC clicked all day and night and the tv turned off randomly every 30 mins. I just think the hotel is in a prime spot and the owners know they have the market so don’t care how the hotel is presented.

Hidden away along a very long dirt road is a delightful resort. The reception area is nice with close proximity to the conferencing facilities and restaurant. What is not located conveniently are the rooms. They’re in a separate building so there is a bit of a stroll. Not an issue as I didn’t have much luggage but I wasn’t expecting it. The room was great. Spacious with awesome views (even with kangaroos running by), and very comfortable bed and a relaxing vibe. The bathroom was lovely with an enclosed shower which is sometimes hard to find. Overall, an awesome stay 🎉
