Business hotel located in corporate district. Well connected to metro and sights in Paris. Extra mentions for the wonderful service; Noman, Rachida & Arthur- making my partners birthday a special one! Wonderful service also provided in the bar/restaurant on the second floor by the always smiling and passionate; Aliou, Ramdan, Ahmed and Moussa. MERCI!

We had booked a junior suite since European hotels are generally small. Pullman proved comfortable, located very close to La Defense transportation and shops. The rooms are nice as are the toilets. Well, it was everything we expect from a Pullman !

Once is chance, twice is coincidence, three times is a pattern. This is my third encounter with your group, and I am deeply disappointed. Most recently at Pullman Paris La Défense, I arrived at 9 AM after a 9-hour trip with a group of 18 people, including families with young children. Despite arriving well before the standard check-in time of 3 PM, we were told to wait until 5 PM. After waiting for several hours, we still hadn’t been checked in. While the location is good, the lack of respect and poor service make it not worth it.
