Pullman is the perfect hotel for tennis fans. It is located about a 20-minute leisurely walk from the La Défense arena. The tennis tournament is held in this arena, so the hotel's location is very good. Most importantly, tennis players also stay at this hotel. When the hotel was full, breakfast was chaotic. The food served for breakfast was very good. The à la carte dinner menu was average. The room was large enough, and the bathroom was also large, although it lacked some shelves and additional hangers. The rooms need to be refreshed. Importantly, the rooms were very quiet.

Our experience with Aliou particularly was fantastic! He is the bartender and was very accommodating when we came in late after an event at the arena, close to closing and helped us with late night food and drinks. Great hospitality was greatly appreciated!
