Unique professional Hotel , friendly Hotel staff amazing environment, flowers everywhere I did enjoy my stay , the rooms were highly comfortable,the bedsheets were crispy to sleep after visiting the Louvre museum and taking hot bath bombs with organic soaps

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. Room was very spacious and modern, we liked the room and the amenities. unfortunately beside the room there isn't too much in this hotel, for 5 stars hotel I think should be more what to do. Breakfast was OK, omelet station. nice choices of bread and croissant. in the cheese area should be improved - very limited choices. overall nice buffet. We had an issue and the receptionist compensate us, for that I have to say bravo since in France they very lack on customer service.

Very satisfied with the location as it is within walking distance to the train station and yet the price is much affordable than staying near all the attractions. I arrived around midnight and was greeted warmly by a gentleman who came from Philippine. While helping me to check in, I could see that he was guiding, I assumed a new staff. In order not to make me felt neglected, he chatted with me, recognised me as ALL member and arranged a room upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The room was of a good size, very comfortable bed and the wonderful housekeeping team kept the room clean and tidy everyday. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Understaffed, overpriced. Tiles in the bathroom are busted. Breakfast time is organised chaos where you must fend for yourself to find cutlery, the selection is limited and the service slow and clumsy. If you need coffee quickly, don’t hold your breath. For a business hotel - not streamlined enough

Very warm welcome at the hotel : guest of the day! The hotel is ideally situated at a few minutes by foot from the "Grande Arche". Yoiu can eat in the hotel restaurant ; classical and more adventurous food. Many thanks to the personnel. hotel to commend.
