The location is far away from everywhere, in the beginning the reception said you have breakfast, but at the checkout they charge me for the breakfast. Room accessories issue like, there was no room flipper or washroom flippers, water bottle, coffee in the room.

Our hotel is located in the heart of Courbevoie, as indicated on our website, which provides easy access to the surrounding area and to La Défense. Regarding the breakfast, we apologise for the confusion at check-out. Concerning the missing items in your room, all our rooms are equipped with a kettle and coffee sachets, as well as bath towels. If something is missing during a stay, we kindly invite our guests to inform the reception immediately so we can provide the necessary items without delay. Since you have already departed, please let us know any further details and we will investigate what happened. Regarding bottled water, we have removed single-use plastic bottles as part of our environmental commitments. Water fountains are available in the hotel for guests to refill bottles freely during their stay. Reception is very inefficient letting people wait although enough receptionists are there. Rooms are ok but showing their age.

Terrible! The receptions employs are the worst around the world This people did anything to help the costumers even through there is a law that hold the necessity of offering a receipt, for every service provided. I dont recomend.

Extremely poor service. Been to multiple hotels and this is one of the worst. Took the receipton 30 minutes to process 2 customers for check in. Was informed laundry only available on weekdays but they are not sure. Laundry form mentioned available until Saturday. When asked they are unsure and not putting effort to find out. Bad representation of Mercure brand.
