Staff -the staff during the daytime (the ladies) were rude and I believe racist. Especially the Moroccan girl (she even try to deny me an extension stating we’re full when online showed every room type available … 🙄🙄). The staff at night (the guys) were very polite and friendly. They would do better to switch or just get rid of the girls altogether. The cleaning staff are sweet and helpful also. The rooms -the rooms with the double beds are much nicer than the super standard rooms (they give “motel super 8 off rural highway” vibes lol do not recommend). The hot water doesn’t last long enough for a full shower (can’t shave or wash hair at all, the water will be cold and you’ll be stuck with soap everywhere forced to hurry up and rinse off in the freezing cold water). Overall -lobby is nice, area is nice, just need to do a staff cleanup (the women that work day shift at reception in particular) and some repairs & renovation on your rooms. The rates are surprisingly high for the quality of living there. So definitely bring it down because truly nothing special … sorry to say. If it weren’t for the guys that work overnight, my entire stay would have been unpleasant.

Grim. Good location near La Defense, but it turned out that my "extra large room" was a tiny studio into which had been jammed 3 beds, a shower & toilet, and kitchenette in a cupboard with a very noisy fan. The double bed was the sort you'd find in a student room, with a thin 4 inch mattress, adorned with a small cushion with some rather dubious stains. And all for about 200 EUR for the night - the same rate I paid the next night in a very nice upmarket hotel in Republique with fabulous breakfast included. In hindsight I should have taken the location - Rue des Etudiants - as a clue. This really was converted student digs. Oh - and unlike other Adagio hotels in France, this one doesn't qualify you for any Accor loyalty points either. Avoid at all costs.

Thanks for the staff is so nice and helpful , the hotel location is excellent we were not very lucky because this week the demonstration was everywhere . but all in all it was a new experience. will try one more time ISA

I chose this hotel for my recent business visit as it suits my budget. Stayed three nights and the staff was very friendly, and helpful. The rooms provided with kitchenette with basic facilities for heating and having food. The hotel also provides breakfast but doesn't seem to have ant attached restaurants. The rooms where quite and comfortable. It was very close to the offices and the university save time for travel.

I stayed here for 9 nights for a business trip. Overall good stay and was very close to my office in La Defense. liked their breakfast option which was small but sufficient. Expected the Paris croissants to be better :-). One thing I did not like the once in 7 days housekeeping option. Though I understand it was an apartment hotel but atleast house keeping every 3 days would have made the stay more comfortable. Also though the room was ready but early check in was not allowed [I understand its common in Paris] but there was no space even for changing my dress to go directly to my office. I had to manage that inside a tiny toilet. Can do these things better.
