+ : confortable, bon petit-déjeuner, hôtesses d’accueil aimables  - : parking extérieur avec relativement peu de places, petit parking intérieur, peu de chaînes télé qui ne soient pas en hongrois

Séjour confortable mais je déplore le manque de chauffage dans la chambre. Je déplore également le changement de taxation des chiens de compagnie, jusqu'à maintenant il était appliqué un forfait pour mes deux petits chiens (7,5 kg au total), à présent la taxe est double.

We are pleased to hear that you found your stay comfortable, although we are sorry to learn that certain aspects did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the room temperature, we regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your comment. We will review this internally to ensure our guests’ comfort remains at the expected standard. We would also like to kindly clarify that our pet fee policy has not recently changed. The pet supplement has consistently been charged at a flat rate of 15 EUR per dog, regardless of the pet’s size. Therefore, for two dogs, the applicable fee is 30 EUR in total. Thank you once again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
