Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the bathroom size and the view from your family room. As our hotel is located in a historic building in the city center, some rooms may indeed vary in layout and outlook, but we fully understand the importance of comfort, especially for a family stay. Regarding the rate, we would like to clarify that no error was made in the amount charged. Upon arrival, we perform a pre-authorization on the credit card to cover the estimated cost of the stay and any potential extras. The final amount is only charged upon departure, after the invoice has been reviewed together with the guest. We apologize if this process was not clearly explained at check-in and caused any confusion. Your feedback is very valuable to us and helps us improve the clarity of our communication and the quality of our services.
